Collaboration: Versace and H&M

After Lanvin, H&M won another fashion giant for working together. THIS. IS. AWESOME.

Occupied changing rooms, miles long queues and clothes which were dropped on the floor by the crowd, this is how we know H&M.

And from the 17th of November, it will probably be much fuller and more hectic than ever since everybody wants to buy or see the collection of luxury label Versace. The clothes will be available in over 300 H&M stores and also in the online shop.

Donatella Versace, creative director of Versace, has already worn a dress from the H&M collection at the Menswear Collection in Milan.

In addition to that, she has also given some information about the collection and what we can look forward to. There will be a collection for men and also one for women, furthermore, a collection for living textiles.

In my opinion, it’s a great chance for H&M to win more seriousness and elegance. I also shop sometimes at H&M, but I could never take it seriously.

The new clothes are new interpretations from the old Versace-stuff, the collection will be glamorous and extravagant; these are the two words to describe the collection. We can be able to look forward to leather with rivets, silk and expressive prints, accessory and high heels. Look at the pictures and you will get a first impression ;)

Honestly, I am really looking forward to this, but I am not sure whether I will buy something or not. Since the collection will be available everywhere, this collaboration really shows: Fashion is language and we speak it everywhere on the world! How do you like it? What do you think?

So, don’t worry, 17th of November – I will be there, if you can’t.

  1. In my opinion, it’s not the niveau Versace usually has.
