the flea market feeling

Sawasdee-ka guys!

It’s a a matter of fact that you simply can’t resist the atmosphere of a flea market.

Who doesn’t adore the smell of old and used book pages and clothes, the talking of the crowd of people who are looking for beautiful and undiscovered things, the “wow-what’s-that?-I-want-to-have-it!” intoxication and all the conversations between customer and seller which are going on like “Come on, buy it! Just 2 Euros!”.

Thank god, my gorgeous friend Lea told me about the book sale which took place today. Ok, we were tired and out of it but a flea market is definetely a reason to stay up earlier although it’s a Saturday. After that, we also passed by the library and spent there a lot of time. And for real, we found soooo many books and CDs. Trust me, I still have some marks on my arms because the bag was so heavy! But actually, Lea is the passionated reader, not me (I also like reading but not as much as her!) but I got the chance to take many pictures, so I was really satisfied. On the way home, I also found two other flea markets, I guess that it was something like a “flea market day” today! ;)

Thank you for the nice day, Lea!

  2. Cool. Flea markets are a great way to discover all kinds of odd things and even more so that the products can go full circle around and around, saving precious resources. Mahalo, Dohn

  4. I am all about flea markets and swap meets! they are my favorite, I’ve been going to them since i was little. Everything there has such personality and you can get it for half the price you would at a department store.
